Shipping Methods & Charges

At Jude Connally, we offer a variety of shipping options to get your order delivered quickly and reliably to your doorstep. Please review the details below before placing your order. 

Free Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Standard shipping within the United States is free of charge on all orders. Most in-stock items will arrive within 2–4 business days after the order has been received. 

Expedited Shipping Options (U.S. & Canada):
Customers may choose from the following paid expedited services:

  • Two Business Day Shipping: $20
  • Next Business Day Shipping: $35
  • Saturday Delivery: $40 (available only for orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM EST)
The same expedited rates apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

International Shipping:
International orders are available at a flat fee of $50 plus any applicable taxes and duties. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Expedited Processing & Cut-Off Times:
Orders received after 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed the next business day. Shipping and delivery estimates assume the order is processed during regular business days.

Special Locations:
Shipments to military APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time after delivery to the post office. Expedited shipments to Alaska and Hawaii generally require one additional delivery day. Rural domestic addresses may also take longer than standard estimates.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards ship separately via free standard shipping and typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Two Business Day delivery for gift cards is available for a $15 fee. 

Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of your order, the item(s) will be returned to our distribution center. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid (if applicable), but original shipping or delivery charges are not refundable.
