Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from JudeConnallyshop.us, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and items are not eligible for price adjustments.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased directly through JudeConnallyshop.us. Items purchased at our retail store (Westfield, NJ) must be returned or exchanged at that location.

Gift Returns:
Items received as a gift can be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate that it was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the original order. 

Return Shipping & Restocking:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. A prepaid return shipping label (usually $8.00) will be provided, and the date by which you need to send your return will be shown on the packing slip included with the label. Be sure to include your packing slip in the return package.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:
To make an exchange, process the return online and select “Exchange.” Exchanges are available for size within the same item type and are subject to availability. Include details of your exchange on the packing slip and return the item with the provided shipping label. 

International Returns:
For international orders, return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with original tags attached to the address below via an insured mailing service. Retain your tracking number for reference; Jude Connally is not responsible for lost return packages. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
